Travel Pediatric Cardiovascular Technologist - Cath Lab & Electrophysiology - $3,628 per week

Position Overview American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Cardiovascular Technologist for a travel position in Tacoma, Washington. Assignment starts June 1, 2026 and lasts 13 weeks. Assignment Details Role: Cardiovascular Technologist – Pediatric Cath Lab / EP Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: June 1, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (10‑hour days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Shift: Day shifts, 4×10 hrs; weekends and holidays on call via rotation Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Act as circulator and monitor patient during congenital diagnostic and interventional procedures (LHC/RHC, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, congenital structure stenting/ballooning, collateral closure) Assist in EP procedures (pacemaker and generator exchanges, loop recorder implantation/removal, radiofrequency ablations for SVT, WPW, atrial tachycardia, PVC) Support anesthesia with sedation management Operate Siemens Artis C‑arm, Picom PACS, and Merge hemodynamic monitoring system Document patient data in Epic Cupid EMR Participate in call rotation: 7 call shifts per 3‑week cycle, including weekend and holiday coverage Respond to call within 45 minutes; no sleep room available Qualifications Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular technologist experience; pediatric cath lab experience preferred Current BLS and PALS certifications RCIS and/or ARRT certification Valid Washington State Rad Tech and/or CISC license Experience as circulator and patient monitor in congenital and EP cath lab cases Familiarity with Siemens Artis C‑arm, Picom PACS, and Merge hemodynamic monitoring preferred First‑time travelers not considered Two professional references required (one may be considered for initial review) Additional Information Perform and assist with pediatric congenital interventional procedures and electrophysiology studies including ablations and device implants Scrubs and lead aprons are provided by the facility; extended sizing available for scrubs but not for lead aprons Compensation Pay package based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
