Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst - SQL/SSRS/Snowflake/Tableau

Job Title

We are an agile team who is looking to bring on another SQL/SSRS/Snowflake/Tableau Developer to help tackle business asks and work on report development. Our team builds contractual reports, adhoc development, and reporting upgrades to our clients supporting all reporting requests. The reporting is centered around medical claims and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios
• Design innovative, analytical, and fully automated reports and solutions
• Act as a project leader to execute on key projects and deliverables
• Display critical thinking & question the status quo
• Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes
• Provide consulting to teammates, leaders, and clients
• Oversee maintenance and production of 90+ report portfolio (Tableau, SSRS, SSIS, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Background

• Intermediate level of database structures & design
• Project management experience
• Health care or insurance data background
• Predictive Analytics or Data Science experience
• Agile and scrum experience

Skills/Attributes Required

• Required - SQL Development 3+ Years
• Required - Tableau or similar Dashboard Development Experience 3+ Years (PowerBI/Looker/Etc.
