The right applicant will have great verbal and written communication abilities, strong computer skills. Experience with Florida home and auto insurance carriers. We offer great salary, bonuses, and Christian work environment . Only licensed 440 or 2044 agents should send resume.

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services
• Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
• Support client services initiatives by analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
• Familiarity with sales techniques and client relationship management is advantageous
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and data entry software
• Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data management
• Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Experience with cash handling is desirable but not mandatory
• Prior knowledge of phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service best practices is essential
