Most master techs wrenching on Audis and BMWs or other European vehicles right now are stuck picking between two things. The dealership grind that pays okay but slowly wears you down, or a nicer independent shop that's still parked in the same city, same traffic, same life you've been meaning to change for years. I've been that guy. Master Guild Audi tech at the dealer, dealing with warranty admins who'd never turned a bolt in their life. I built our shops so techs wouldn't have to live that way. Kids can ride bikes down to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park or the hot springs pool on a Saturday. There's a real Main Street, a farmers market, a summer festival every year, and enough space that your family isn't competing with a million other people for a hiking trail or a spot at the river. It's the kind of town where kids grow up outside instead of on a screen.
