Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and organizing materials in a stockroom environment. This position does not require forklift operation and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders based on order sheets or system instructions.
• Organize and maintain stockroom inventory.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Prepare shipments and ensure products are packaged correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.

• Material handling.
• Inventory management.
• Order picking and packing.
• General labor and production support.
• Loading and unloading shipments.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or material handling role preferred.
• Experience with picking, packing, and inventory management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 30–50 lbs] as needed.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is helpful.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
