Schedule Information

• Monday - Friday
  
• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  
• Overtime available on Saturdays as needed
  

Cleaner Requirements

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
  
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
  
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate cleaning equipment and supplies
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and safety procedures
  
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment
  

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain community centers, office spaces, and common areas
  
• Perform cleaning duties including bathrooms, windows, floors, and other assigned areas
  
• Complete detailed cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and living areas
  
• Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  
• Ensure assigned areas are clean, organized, and presentable
  
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
  
• Follow all company policies and workplace safety procedures
  
• Assist with additional cleaning duties and special projects as assigned
