THE OPPORTUNITY

As General Manager, you won't just oversee operations. You'll own them. This is a rare, high-visibility leadership role with a direct line to our CEO, VP of Operations, and leadership team. You'll run the full Massachusetts business: culinary quality, safety, budgets, client relationships, and team culture, all under one roof, with the autonomy to make real decisions and the support of a company that wants you to succeed. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Full operational leadership across food quality, safety, client relationships, budgets, and P&L.
• Hire, coach, and inspire your team, from your Chef and Assistant Manager to hourly staff.
• Drive the numbers: labor and food cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory.
• Set the standard: SOPs, training programs, and best practices across the region.
• Build relationships that matter: client site visits, vendor partnerships, and sales support.
• Bring big ideas to life: new business development, RFPs, and strategic growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years of relevant leadership experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• A proven track record running multi-site or complex food-service / hospitality operations.
• Sharp financial acumen: you're as comfortable with a P&L as you are on the floor.
• A natural leader who can hire, train, and rally a team around a shared goal.
• ServSafe certification required; HACCP certification a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
