Details & Responsibilities

• Competitive Pay + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision)

• Flexible full-time schedule

• 8 or 10 hour shifts

• No call or weekends required

• Start Date ASAP

• Credentialing Estimate 1 month

• Primary Care. Provide standard primary care diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management, and some minor procedures such as suturing

• Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.

• Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.

• Patient Load Adult population. Approximately 10-15 PPD.

Required Qualifications

• Active/Unrestricted Colorado PA License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
• Active/unrestricted DEA
• 1+ Years Experience
