Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health status of clients, followed by the development of customized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices. \n
- Implementing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other contemporary treatment techniques tailored to meet individual client preferences and needs. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that aligns with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure client confidentiality and care continuity. \n
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction counselors, to coordinate treatment and support increased patient engagement. \n
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health to integrate new knowledge into your practice effectively. \n
- Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to enhance understanding and support systems. \n
- Participating actively in peer review sessions and case consultations to foster a culture of continuous improvement for quality patient care. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals undergoing treatment in detox facilities who may present a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their healing journeys and promoting overall wellness.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university. \n
- A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, with emphasis on evidence-based interventions. \n
- Proficiency in solution-focused interventions and the ability to engage clients in their therapeutic process. \n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills necessary for effective collaboration within a team. \n
While the minimum requirement is two years of clinical experience, candidates with additional experience in substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, or work in detox settings will be at an advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also beneficial for managing clinical documentation efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
