The role serves as a trusted resource for clients, assisting with a wide range of service inquiries, including card usage, Spend Control administration, new user setup, and fleet card support. The TCSP II partners closely with Corporate Card Sales, Corporate Card Account Managers, Relationship Managers, and Treasury Management Officers to deliver exceptional client service, strengthen relationships, and support overall program success through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.Team CultureAt BOKF, our culture thrives on integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Join us to be part of an energetic, supportive, and visionary team where your skills are celebrated, and your career can thrive.How You'll Spend Your TimeDirectly support all service aspects of corporate cardEnsure client satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requestsRespond to all customers and updates the customer on the status of all issues on a same day basisYou will proactively contact existing customers to relate information regarding system changes, enhancements, outages, regulatory changes or any other information that could cause material customer impactThe following systems will be utilized in this role:TSYS (Total Systems) Green Screens/Soni/Mocha; TSYS Access Manager; Spend Control; Power BI; Exchange; One Note; Business InvoicingEducation & Experience RequirementsThe required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 to 4 years’ experience in a bank operations or customer service position or 7 to 8 years’ equivalent experience in a bank operations or customer service function.
