Optimize Pharmacotherapy: Perform comprehensive medication management, interpret labs, and safely adjust dosages under collaborative practice agreements. Boost Medication Adherence: Identify financial or insurance barriers and provide targeted education to streamline therapy and ensure access. Support the Care Team: Collaborate directly with providers to streamline workflows and ease provider burnout. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
