Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM; Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Receive and inspect product load for accuracy and safety
Safely operate industrial trucks to move product loads around the warehouse and plant
Drive vehicles to transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas
Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets and racking systems
Track inventory and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required
Forklift operator's license preferred
Minimum of 2 years manufacturing or warehouse experience
Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and solve problems efficiently
