An opportunity is available for a Travel Pharmacist specializing in inpatient hospital pharmacy care. This role involves supporting the medication management needs of an inpatient hospital setting with a focus on reviewing and verifying IV medications to ensure patient safety and accurate administration.

Location:

• Wellsville, NY

Schedule:

• Day shifts rotating between 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• One weekend per month
• Must work at least one holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s)

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient pharmacy duties including checking and verifying intravenous (IV) medications
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care plans
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Manage medication dispensing and inventory within the inpatient setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in inpatient or clinical pharmacy practice
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and IV verification procedures
• Licensure as a pharmacist in good standing in the relevant state(s)
• Ability to work rotating shifts and on designated holidays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
