Come join our winning team ensuring patient quality today!Responsibilities:Welcome patients to our Women's Imaging Specialists facility in a friendly and professional mannerVerify patients' identity by drivers' license and insurance card; verify that insurance is effectiveAssist patients with intake forms, both paper and electronicManage the daily appointment schedule and communicate to clinicians any exceptions/additions/inconsistencies to the scheduleMake outbound phone calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments; rescheduling appointments when necessarySchedule new and existing patientsScan, fax and file documents as needed assuring all documents are in their proper placesMaster Infinitt scheduling softwareAccess Excel spreadsheets to add, omit, and create data regarding productivity using SharepointProvide patient education when necessaryMaintain a clean and orderly waiting roomComplete general office duties when assignedComplete all assigned trainingsRequirements:One (1) year medical office experienceProficiency in Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, and WordKeen attention to detailExceptional time management skillsExceptional conflict resolution skillsCustomer service training, either on-the-job or through a certificate programAbility to travel to other WIS sites on occasionAbility to sit for hours at a time typing on a computer keyboardAbility to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds
