Customer Service Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20.00$21.00/hr

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Duration: 3+ month

Summary

Seeking an administrative support professional to assist the Customer Service team with high-volume tasks, customer follow-ups, and order management. This role supports accurate data entry, customer communication, and pricing update projects while working closely with Customer Service, Planning, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared Customer Service inbox and respond to or route requests
• Follow up with customers on open orders and inquiries
• Support pricing update project by:
  
  
  • Communicating pricing changes to customers
  • Requesting updated purchase orders
  • Updating system records and documentation
  
  
  
• Maintain accurate order records and data entry
• Upload and manage customer purchase orders in internal systems
• Work with Planning and Scheduling teams on expedite requests and order priorities
• Assist with backlog tracking and open order updates
• Complete additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
