Job Number: 32247 Salary: $115K-$125K DOE + bonus potential Industry: Legal Must Haves 6-8+ years of senior‑level HR experience in a law firm setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of a degree Your New Role This national civil litigation firm is looking for a Law Firm Administrator to oversee their Portland office. In this dynamic, multifaceted role, you’ll play an integral part in the firm’s continued success. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will span HR, finance, and operations management. Your HR functions will include hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and the development and implementation of HR policies. You’ll be responsible for crafting the office’s annual budget, overseeing billing and AP/AR, and managing benefits enrollment. As the main point of contact for vendors, you’ll partner with the firm’s benefits brokers, marketing agency, and outside accountants. Facilities, technology, records, and equipment management will also fall under your purview. Your problem‑solving and leadership skills will be essential here, and you’ll help maintain strong employee engagement along with the firm’s day‑to‑day workflow. You’ll have a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days each week.
