Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required. (Client specific) Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations in SNF settings; target productivity ranges: PTA 93-95% preferred, PT 90-92% referenced by client. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and patient care protocols preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5x8 format. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
