- Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, government agencies, and international customers
- Prepare customer invoices, assist with accounts receivable activities, and review vendor invoices
- Communicate across departments to ensure shipments move efficiently and resolve issues proactively
- Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or another fast-paced operational environment
- Experience in customer service, shipping, operations, or accounting preferred
- Export documentation or freight forwarding experience is a plus, but not required
