See why our caregivers chose to come and stay to thrive.Our Pendleton branch serves clients in Pendleton, Milton Freewater, Pilot Rock, Athena and surrounding areas.Current Needs:Short shifts - 3 to 5 hours - (8a-11a, 9a-12p, 10a-1pm, 4pm-7pm, 5pm-8pm)Evening shifts in all areas Example - 4PM to 10PM / 5PM - 11PMDrivers preferredOvernight shifts available in the Pendleton areas - Shifts range from 5PM to 5AM / 6AM - 6PMLead Caregiver positions available in the Pendleton area (requires at least 1 year of experience)Why Family Resource Home Care?Flexible scheduling. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients.Paid travel time. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid orientation & training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training that is required.Generous referral program. Earn up to $478 per referral!Continuing education. We proudly recognize our caregivers through weekly emails and monthly newsletters.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!Pay rates - $16.50 to 20.50 per hourRequirements18 years+Ability to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving recordAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededFamily Resource Home Care is an equal opportunity employer
