Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions. Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time. Perform store measurements and cycle counts. Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Ensure customers have a distinctive shopping experience. Provide peak coverage during busy periods, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution. Self-directed with minimal supervision. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise. Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours. Travel between stores using personal vehicle, sometimes for extended periods. Maintain a safe work environment following safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Travel as needed. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs frequently. Operate store equipment and communicate effectively. Handle birds/poultry safely.
