What You'll Do:

• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Assess patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and staff on respiratory procedures, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on respiratory equipment.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to patient care and treatments.

Required Skills:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Proven experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced respiratory equipment and procedures
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
• Prior experience working night shifts in a healthcare environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience as an RRT

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current state licensure and relevant certifications
• Ability to work night shifts starting June 15, 2026
• Availability to travel or receive reimbursements if applicable
