Epic Ambulatory Trainer (Remote)

Apex Systems

Overview:

Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Trainer to support ambulatory providers and staff through high-quality Epic training and education. This role focuses on delivering live and virtual training, supporting system upgrades, and driving adoption of Epic Ambulatory workflows.

Location:

* 100% Remote* Candidates must sit in Central or Eastern time zones

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live and virtual Epic Ambulatory training for providers and staff
• Serve as a subject matter expert in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence, and Resolute PB
• Support onboarding, ongoing education, and Epic upgrades/new functionality
• Collaborate with analysts, instructional designers, and operational leaders
• Participate in testing and reviewing training materials in the iLearn environment
• Identify opportunities to improve training delivery and workflow adoption

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of Epic application training experience
• Epic credentialed in Ambulatory, Cadence, and PB (Resolute)
• Strong ambulatory workflow knowledge and adult learning experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills

Preferred:

• Ambulatory-focused background
• Experience with optimization, reporting, or upgrade support
• Comfort managing multiple training initiatives in a fast-paced environment
