Cashier – Zaxby's Near SeaWater Join us at BSBC Zaxbys, located near SeaWorld, to become a front‑line team member who delivers exceptional guest service. Base Pay Range $14.00/hr – $15.00/hr Essential Job Functions Assemble and package menu items to company standards. Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests. Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests. Enter guests' orders accurately into the POS system. Accept payments from guests and make change correctly. Operate the cash register and manage cash receipts. Present orders to guests, properly packaged with all necessary accompaniment and utensils. Generate additional sales by suggesting complementary menu items. Verify the register at the beginning of each shift. Stock sufficient supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, etc. for serving the guest. Prep drinks and assist in preparing items such as sauces, salads, and produce. Maintain clean guest areas and keep the kitchen environment organized. Report equipment maintenance or inventory needs to management. Remove trash from waste receptacles. Sit, stand, and walk continuously. Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including use of ladders. Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation. Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing. Maintain effective audio‑visual perception and judgment to observe and respond to the environment. Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens.
