Job Overview Marathon Health is a provider of advanced primary care and related services across the United States. This role offers providers an opportunity to practice relationship‑based medicine with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the provider include: Providing comprehensive, relationship‑based primary care to patients. Managing preventive, chronic and acute health issues. Utilizing resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support clinical decision making. Participating in regular provider meetings for ongoing learning and collaboration. Qualifications Minimum requirements for the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Associate positions: Active license and current board certification (ANCC or AANP for NP; NCCPA for PA). Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per state regulation. Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability. CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date. Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $130,000 – $160,000 per year (actual offer may vary based on location and experience). Benefits include: Non‑production‑based compensation package.
