Developing strategies and initiatives focused on Dealer level engagement driving Fleet awareness, focus and execution is key in this role. This position works strategically with the Fleet Sales Unit Manager, to identify opportunities, maintain awareness and increase execution of Fleet focused initiatives in the PSP, PE and Marine networks. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Powersports Fleet Sales Support position as needed. Working w/ internal stakeholders (e.g. field teams, senior management, dealer groups and dealers), implementing and overseeing continued development of Fleet programs specific to the dealer and distributer network.
