Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' growth and well-being through targeted physical therapy services in an educational setting. This part-time contract role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist interested in meaningful, consistent work throughout the school year.

This position offers a Thursday-only schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, featuring a seven-hour paid workday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. You’ll provide supportive PT interventions at a local school site, engaging directly with students and collaborating closely with educational teams and families to ensure every child achieves their individual therapy goals.

Role Highlights:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as assigned by educational plans
• Evaluate students’ physical development, movement patterns, and functional abilities
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to educational needs
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation including progress notes and service logs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure cohesive care

Ideal Background:

• Current, valid Pennsylvania State License in Physical Therapy (PT)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and aptitude for clear, effective communication
• Strong interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with students, staff, and families
