Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Greater Queens NY Market

In this role, you will provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products. Work with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs. Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Required Qualifications Proficiency in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Ready to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Schedule Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. 1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
