Production Lead

Lead Production Associate Job Summary: As a Lead Production Associate, you will guide and coach your team on the production line to ensure maximum productivity and safety. Working alongside your colleagues, you'll model best practices for GMP, SQF, and PPE policies while collaborating closely with supervisors. Guide and instruct team members on tasks like assembly and single-piece flow. Foster positive employee relations through respectful communication. Track line counts and report performance metrics accurately. Train new hires on SOPs and coach existing staff on company policies. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Identify and report defective materials or safety concerns to Quality Assurance. Perform production duties alongside the team as needed.
