100% On-site Position

What You'll Do:

Manage a small team of Service & Repair Coordinators on-site
Lead Service & Repair quotes, updates, and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop
Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry
Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders
Expedite purchase orders as / if necessary.
Enter and maintain customer sales orders in distribution software system as necessary
Maintain all paperwork from beginning to end of job process
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or University; or Associate's Degree with two (2) years related experience.
5+ years of experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical or distribution.
5+ years of experience with pumps, motors, or similar rotating equipment.
Advanced computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.
Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
