ROLE - SPECIALTY Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state.
- Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited college or university with a certificate, master's degree, or doctorate in physical therapy.
- Current BCLS certification is required. Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' abilities and limitations.
- Establish and implement treatment plans based on evaluations and patient referrals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home care programs.
- Re-evaluate patients' progress and make discharge recommendations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care according to established criteria.
