HVAC/Plumbing Entry-Level Technician

Compensation Details: $18 - $24 per hour

Job Description: Looking to break into the HVAC or plumbing industry? This role is designed as a hands-on entry point with a clear path from warehouse support to field technician. You'll begin by learning the business from the ground upand if you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to move into the field within your first 36 months.

What You'll Do:

Phase 1: Warehouse & Support (First 36 Months)

• Learn HVAC and plumbing parts, equipment, and materials
• Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts (warehouse and trucks)
• Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver to job sites
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment at job sites
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

Phase 2: Field Support & Training

• Ride along as a third crew member to support installs
• Assist experienced technicians on HVAC and generator installs
• Begin learning ductwork, piping, and system setup
• Maintain accurate job documentation
• Deliver a strong customer experience on every job

Future Growth Opportunity

As you develop, you'll transition into more hands-on technical work, including:

• Installing HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment
• Assisting with generator installs and gas line connections
• Working more independently in the field

What You Bring:

• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of a clean driving record
• EPA Certification preferred (not required)
