Claims Process Analyst(Local to Ohio)

The Claims Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing manual claims and supporting basic claims operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Process manual claims and adjustments accurately and efficiently Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and cycle time targets Support non-complex claims projects and initiatives Adapt quickly to new plans, benefit designs, and processing updates Collaborate with internal teams including Account Managers, Operations, IS, and Client Services Maintain high levels of customer service and communication Identify and resolve basic claims issues and escalate when required Required Skills Strong data entry and claims processing skills Basic knowledge of systems such as EyeMed, Metastorm, Exclaim, EyeNet (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong attention to accuracy and detail Good communication and customer service skills Experience & Education Minimum 1 year of experience in claims processing or data entry High School Diploma required 100% onsite initially (5 days/week) Potential for hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) after initial period (not guaranteed) In-person interview required Additional Requirements Data entry test scores must be included on resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mejenta Systems, Inc.
