As a Welder Helper , you’ll work alongside experienced welders, keeping tools and materials ready, preparing pipe for welding, and ensuring the jobsite is safe and organized.

Your Day to Day:
Stock, clean, and organize welding tools and supplies
Set up equipment and materials for daily assignments
Cut, grind, and prep pipe for welding
Assist with pipe fit-up using clamps, levels, and tape measures
Keep work areas safe, ventilated, and clean
What we are looking for:
1+ year of welding or helper experience in Oil & Gas preferred
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in all weather
Team player with strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
Must pass drug screening and background check
