Bilingual Patient Care Navigator
Osborn Family Health Center
The Osborn Family Health Center is seeking a Patient Navigator to function as a clinical support liaison between patients and healthcare providers. The successful candidate will assist in navigating patients to reduce care gaps, maintain patient information, and ensure strict HIPAA compliance. Preferred qualifications include experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and familiarity with ICD10 and CPT coding. The role requires fluent communication in Spanish/English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
