LPN

Essentia Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in our integrated health system. The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, including assessments, administering medications, treatments, and monitoring patient status under RN or provider direction. You will support care plans, document accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, holistic care. The role includes patient and family education, infection control practices, and coordination of services across hospital, clinic, and home settings, all within a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning.
