Pharmacy Technician

Join Trellis Supportive Care in providing unparalleled end-of-life care.

Purpose:

Assists the licensed pharmacists in our small, customer service focused pharmacy, in the preparation of prescribed medications for hospice patients and other daily pharmaceutical services.

Requirements:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
CPHT required
Experience with computer order entry and IV preparation experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities :

Order processing
Preparation for dispensing
Infusion preparation
Answering phone calls
Problem resolution
Order maintenance & re-stocking
Medication assessment coverage

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
