Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
• Previous experience providing SLP services within school settings, including elementary, middle, and high schools
• Ability to adapt interventions for children and adolescents with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong organizational abilities for managing caseloads and documentation
• Passion for supporting student development and fostering positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based speech and language therapy to students across varying grade levels
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Collaborate with educators and student support teams to create integrated service plans
• Monitor, track, and clearly document student progress while complying with state and federal guidelines
• Engage with parents and guardians to address concerns and offer recommendations for continued growth at home
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute insights and strategies for student success
