This full-time, on-site position involves providing clerical and administrative support to field offices, primarily focusing on processing print and mail requests and updating claims with tracking information within a 24-hour turnaround time. This is a fully in-office position, requiring consistent attendance at the designated office location. The role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $18/hr, with benefits starting on Day One.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends)
- Compensation: $18/hour Performance Based Bonus Available

How You'll Make an Impact
- Document Handling: Process print and mail requests via USPS/UPS, ensuring claims are updated with tracking information within 24 hours.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform filing, mail processing, document scanning, and preparation of letters and other documents.
- Support Field Offices: Provide clerical assistance to branch personnel.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of mailed documents and tracking information, ensuring timely updates to claims systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in document handling and administrative processes.
About You
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of office work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
