Spa Coordinator

Spa Coordinator Job Description As a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations. Looking for a spa coordinator for various duties including but not limited to: greeting guests, scheduling appointments, cashing out and rebooking guests, suggestive selling of retail spa products, email correspondence, knowledge of social media platforms, and general salon cleanliness. Must have excellent ability to multi-task and exceptional customer service. This position will be between 10–15 hours per week with the ability to grow within our team. Responsibilities Greeting guests and providing a welcoming environment Scheduling appointments and managing front desk operations Cashing out and rebooking guests Suggestive selling of retail spa products Email correspondence Managing social media platforms Maintaining general salon cleanliness Requirements Experience in the beauty industry preferred Experience with Point of Sale software Reception or customer service experience Knowledge of social media platforms Core clerical skills, phone etiquette, and computer literacy Experience with multi-line phone systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities Must be available to work evenings and weekends Open to teaching the right individual #J-18808-Ljbffr The Skin Bar
