Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms and common areas Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, and equipment Complete preventative maintenance inspections and work orders Respond promptly to guest and team maintenance requests Maintain the exterior, grounds, mechanical areas, and maintenance workspace Assist with room turns and ensure rooms meet hotel standards Identify potential safety or maintenance concerns before they become larger problems Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and preventative maintenance Follow all company safety procedures and brand standards Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who: Has general maintenance or facilities experience; hotel experience is a plus Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Provides great customer service and communicates professionally with guests and team members Can prioritize multiple tasks and respond appropriately to urgent maintenance needs Is willing to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional weekends or on-call situations Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
