Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots Forsyth & Cherokee Counties is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! We are essentially looking for someone who can become a great coach for us, then turn into a Program Director within a few months!

The Job:

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (3045 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful

Director Duties:

• Lead and grow the program overall
• Successfully hire a team of coaches and personnel in order to maintain a solid culture
• Sell our program to preschools and create public programs via parks, community centers, etc.
• Serve as the Program Manager. Handle customer and coaching issues as they arise
• Be the face of Soccer Shots FC. As the company grows, you grow!

Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to impact children's lives in a positive way. Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session. Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
