IT Integration Manager

Leading the interoperability function, the full-time IT Integration Manager will ensure reliable order intake, modality integration, report delivery, and billing data exchange across various systems while collaborating with stakeholders and managing a team of developers and product managers remotely. Key responsibilities Shape interface strategy by aligning customer insights, business needs, and technology innovation Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for team members while fostering a collaborative culture Oversee interface maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to service level agreements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analysis, or a related field Seven years of experience with Agile development methodologies or consumer-facing application development Five years of hands-on experience with interoperability data integration tools, preferably Mirth Connect Three years of experience managing direct reports in engineering management Experience working with clinical, administrative, and healthcare data
