Remote Employment Specialist for Disability & Workforce
BAILES CONSULTING SERVICES
Bailes Consulting Services in Miami-Dade seeks an experienced Employment Specialist (1099 independent contractor) to support individuals with disabilities in securing meaningful, competitive employment. You will assist with resumes, interview prep, and employment applications while coordinating with Vocational Rehabilitation. The role requires compassionate, person-centered service, strong communication, and active employer engagement to build inclusive opportunities.
