The job description outlines various requirements related to certifications, licensure, and personal health history that must be met for onboarding. These include verification of licenses/certificates, completion of health screenings such as a fit test, drug screen, color vision test, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, 2 step PPD or IGRA test, varicella vaccination, and a physical/health statement. Additionally, several professional forms and disclosures must be completed, including a code of conduct form, integrity and audit services form, and a criminal background check. There are also requirements for specific competency testing and skills checklists, as well as training in child and adult dependent abuse. For some documents and verifications, they need to be submitted for onboarding, while others must be completed before onboarding.
