We are seeking a skilled


CNC Programmer


to develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs that support the efficient production of high-quality precision components. This role is ideal for someone with strong machining knowledge, programming experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.

Pay Range:




$25.00 - $30.00+ per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• 
  Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and CAM software.
  
  



• 
  Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering specifications.
  
  



• 
  Set up CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment for production runs.
  
  



• 
  Perform test runs and verify part dimensions to ensure compliance with quality standards and tight tolerances.
  
  



• 
  Select tooling, establish cutting paths, and determine appropriate feeds and speeds.
  
  



• 
  Troubleshoot machining issues, non-conformances, and production challenges.
  
  



• 
  Calibrate, maintain, and support CNC equipment to maximize uptime and performance.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  
  



• 
  Train operators on new programs, setups, and machining procedures.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience programming and setting up CNC machining equipment.
  
  



• 
  Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks experience is a plus).
  
  



• 
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
  
  



• 
  Knowledge of machining principles, tooling selection, feed rates, and cutting speeds.
  
  



• 
  Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  
  



• 
  Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
  



• 
  Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  
  



• 
  High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or machining certification preferred.
  
  

Work Environment:

• 
  Manufacturing and production environment.

  Hands-on role involving CNC machinery, precision measuring instruments, and computer-based programming.
