Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Experience with cross-border transactions and international corporate law.
