Are you a licensed CPA - or CPA candidate in process of obtaining your license - who lives in San Diego and is ready to make a great career move?
JGD & Associates, a local firm since 1977, is hiring a Tax Supervisor or Highly Experienced Tax Senior. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 4+ years of public accounting experience in tax. CCH Axcess tax software proficiency is a plus.

How you will be challenged
Prepare and review complex tax returns, including multi-state returns for Individuals, Estates and Trusts, Partnerships, S Corporations, and other business entities. Respond to inquiries from the IRS, state, and other tax authorities. Analyze the scope of each engagement to manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines. Monitor compliance with due dates and within time budgets. Supervise staff, assign duties, and train staff. Mentor and coach staff members in their development. Supervise numerous engagements. simultaneously.

Pay: Depending on experience, $100,000 to $140,000 per year
