• Number of Staff 8
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift 5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs
  • Night Shift - 5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs

• Patient Ratios 1:6, estimated never guaranteed
• Type of equipment PCA Pumps; IV pumps
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience
• BLS & ACLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• NIH
• Meditech experience

• Central lines
• Medication drips

Best personality Fit:

• Positive-attitude and engaged
• Independent; Strong critical thinking skills
• Patient care experience is a priority
