Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our team. This role involves identifying investment opportunities, conducting market analysis, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial real estate investment opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and industry professionals. Prepare and present investment proposals and financial reports. Negotiate purchase and lease agreements. Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or investment analysis. Strong understanding of real estate markets, finance, and valuation methods. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
