Responsibilities Must be available to work weekends. Handle gatehouse and rover job duties in an upscale residential community. Greet residents and guests following corporate protocol and proper gatehouse procedures. Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills. Monitor and operate Electronic Security Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems. Patrol residential community (golf cart or marked vehicle). Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner. Monitor and control access to the building. Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms. Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalency required. Valid Security D License. Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of spoken and written word. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the building/property as required for job functions. Complete all required forms. Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on building requirements. Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by law. Must pass drug screening and background check. Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is required. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Multiple language fluency is desirable. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Work in an upright, standing, or sitting position for long periods of time.
